You may

Use assets in commercial and personal projects: branding, packaging design, websites, social media, advertising, print collateral, presentations and client work. Modify, crop, recolor and combine assets into new designs.

You may not

Resell, redistribute or sublicense assets in their original or substantially unmodified form; include them in a competing stock or template library; or claim authorship of the source files. Assets may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, or in any unlawful application.

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of cannabis-related imagery complies with advertising rules and regulations in your jurisdiction.

After cancellation

Projects created with assets downloaded during an active membership remain licensed. You may not download new assets after your membership ends.
